Non-Returnable Items

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions and return address
  • Return shipping label (if applicable)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item securely including:

  • All accessories, manuals, and documentation
  • Copy of your receipt or order confirmation
  • Return authorization number clearly visible on the outside

Step 4: Processing & Refund

Once we receive your return:

  • We’ll inspect the item within 3-5 business days
  • You’ll receive email confirmation of approval/denial
  • Refunds processed within 2-3 business days after approval

Refund Information

Refund Timeline:

  • Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days to reflect in your PayPal account

What’s Refunded:

  • Full product price
  • Applicable taxes

What’s Not Refunded:

Exchange Process
